Our violin faculty, Frank Huang, is forced to cancel his trip to Taipei due to a change of New York Philharmonic’s summer schedule. Many American orchestras are emerging from the pandemic induced work stoppage. As a result, the summer schedules of these orchestras are undergoing drastic changes.TMAF, however, is elated to announce the appointment of Martin Chalifour as our new violin faculty. Mr. Chalifour is an esteemed soloist, the concertmaster of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and a professor at University of Southern California (USC).
