Our mission is not only to cultivate musical excellence but also to inspire positive change within the music industry by respecting and protecting music, and by empowering all participants.

We expect all members to foster a mutually respectful and supportive learning environment; to strive for musical excellence with the highest standards; and to embrace diversity, creating an inclusive musical community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment and are committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment.

Every member of TMAF has the right to learn and work in an environment free from harassment. Any form of harassment, whether verbal, physical, or environmental, will not be tolerated.
